At least 51% of the Association’s voting interest in Summerfield must approve the Proposed Amendment and 67% of the voting interest of Courtyard Townhome owners must approve for it to officially pass. If the necessary voting requirements are reached, the Amendment will be executed by the Board and recorded with the County Recorder’s Office. In the event the requisite number of votes is not reached, the Board may extend the deadline for responses and notify any owners who have not yet submitted a ballot, or consider the vote closed.
