You can conveniently make payments through our HOA management company portal using the link below. PCM will send you login details once they get your information from the title company. Once you are able to log in, please take a moment to check that your contact information is up to date so you don't miss any important notices.

Maintenance Fees: Upkeep of common areas and landscaping including lawn care, snow removal and repairs to community structures.
Insurance: The master insurance policy that covers common areas and structures.
Management Fees: This covers the cost of professional management services.
Legal and Administrative Fees: Legal fees, accounting services, and administrative costs associated with running the HOA.

Capital Improvements: The fee may be designated for major improvements or renovations within the community, such as upgrading common areas or enhancing community facilities.
Reserve Fund Contributions: Some portion of the fee is used toward building up or replenishing the HOA's reserve fund. This fund is set aside for future capital expenses or unexpected repairs.
Administrative Costs: Part of the fee can be used to cover administrative costs associated with processing the property transfer, updating records, and managing the overall process.
Community Enhancements: Funds collected through a reinvestment fee might be used to fund projects that enhance the overall appeal and value of the community, such as landscaping improvements or architectural upgrades.
