Welcome to Cherry Creek Townhomes! We’re thrilled to have you join our wonderful community, and we’d like to offer a warm congratulations on your new home. To help you settle in, we’ve put together some useful information that we hope will make your transition smooth and easy.

You can conveniently make payments through our HOA management company portal using the link below. PCM will send you login details once they get your information from the title company. Once you are able to log in, please take a moment to check that your contact information is up to date so you don't miss any important notices.

Log into the Online Portal

Maintenance Fees: Upkeep of common areas and landscaping including lawn care, snow removal and repairs to community structures.
Utilities: This includes a $20 water fee for each unit, common area water and electricity.
Insurance: The master insurance policy that covers common areas and structures.
Management Fees: This covers the cost of professional management services.
Legal and Administrative Fees: Legal fees, accounting services, and administrative costs associated with running the HOA.

Get Approval First!

To help maintain the beauty and value of our community, any changes to the exterior of your home (such as installing a fence) need approval from the board. Don’t worry—we’re happy to work with you, and we try to approve as many requests as possible. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about this process!

Parking

For the safety and convenience of everyone, parking is allowed in driveways or the designated spaces in front of the playground. Unfortunately, parking on the street is not permitted at any time due to the narrow width of our road, which could block emergency vehicles. Vehicles parked on the street will be towed at the owner’s expense, so please remind any guests of the parking rules.

Pets

We love pets here! As long as they’re permitted by the City of Ammon, they’re welcome in our community. Please ensure dogs are always supervised and that pet waste is picked up right away. Failing to comply with this requirement will result in a $50.00 fine per occurrence. It’s important to keep our common areas clean and safe for everyone.

Garbage Collection

Garbage day is Tuesday. If Monday is a holiday, pickup will shift to Wednesday. Simply place your garbage can on the street at the end of your driveway, and be sure to bring it inside your garage or directly beside your home by the evening after collection. Garbage service costs are paid to the City of Ammon. You can set up your account at: cityofammon.us/sign-up-for-utilities/.

Internet: City of Ammon for fiber internet installation, or whichever internet company you would like to use.
