Administrative Costs: Part of the fee can be used to cover administrative costs associated with processing the property transfer, updating records, and managing the overall process.

Get Approval First!
Failure to seek prior approval for exterior modifications or improvements could result in substantial additional costs to homeowners for alterations to their projects. Before beginning any improvement projects on your lot:
Submit Your Request: Requests for approval can now be submitted easily through the online portal.
Review by ACC: The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) will review and respond to your request.
Check Permits: Be sure to obtain a permit from the city if required.
Planning ahead ensures your projects align with community guidelines and avoids unnecessary delays or costs.
