Amenity cleaning checklist

The amenity space must immediately be restored to the same condition as before your event and this cleaning checklist must be completed and submitted within 12 hours of the reservation ending. It is highly recommended that before and after pictures are submitted as a part of the cleaning checklist to avoid any cleaning charges. A cleaning fee of $75 will be charged if the amenity space is not cleaned per the cleaning checklist. Additional cleaning charges may be charged based on the condition of the amenity space along with any damage charges.
